This article appears to be largely an extract from the history text at the Village of Chase website. It is not clear whether the owner of the copyright has given the required permission for its use here. If the holder of the copyright to this text permits its use under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, it can remain here. To do that, the village would need to note this on the source page on its website by displaying a notice to this effect there with a link to the text of the GFDL or send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en at wikimedia dot org or a postal letter to the Wikimedia Foundation. These messages must explicitly permit use under the GFDL. KenWalker | Talk 06:23, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
Just after I added the Thompson cat, I realized that perhaps Chase is more Category:Shuswap Country, what with beng on Little Shuswap Lake and al. Anyone have thoughts on this? Maybe both cats? As Chase is more or less on the "boundary" between the two "countries". Skookum1 ( talk) 15:09, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
After reading the history section of the page I don't think that the entire article needs to be re-written. I think it is just the first paragraph of the history section that needs to be re-written. It is worded kind of funny & all round just is very hard to read. Cheers AndrewEnns ( talk) 16:10, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
