I've been one of the ones deleting it, because it is entirely unsourced, it is poorly written and confusing, and it isn't really about the district that is the subject of the article. Could the Wikipedians who think this needs to be in the article explain here how it complies with Wikipedia guidelines? Dawn Bard ( talk) 21:52, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
