I can't see how - although it was only created nine mins before your message and I was still actively editing it, it already has references and information about its historical significance. Please let me know anything you think is missing to the point of it facing deletion. Thanks,

Date of conversion
The house was converted into apartments in 1975 according to one of the documents on planning application N/09/01913/LBC (which itself dates from 2009). There must be a better source somewhere. — Preceding
