I thought the bra reference was somewhat disrespectful, and inconsistent with material on bras elsewhere. I toned it down. Dimmock has a reputation as a gardener, she just happens to prefer not to wear bras. Not the other way round. —Preceding

She is known in the UK almost entirely for not wearing a bra. The gardening series became the vehicle for Dimmock's notorious, jiggley bralessness. Yes, she's a gardener, too, but word spread and across the nation millions of people with little former interest in gardening turned on to see Dimmock jiggling around braless. Dimmock was fully aware of this and frequently played to the cameras in a good-humoured way. — Preceding
