Yes, that is a false friend translation. But a literal translation does not work well here. Since the French version also says he was a UDF party member, that is what I wrote. Yes. today there is. So search and maybe in the next few days. I have also been scratching my head. Is there a bit of silence to avoid giving him oxygen? People with unwelcome views and politics are often regarded fringe loony and not important enough to be mentioned. This then generates fewer citations which reduces oxygen further. He had two children? Does he no longer have them?
