In essence, the article does not comply with the Manual of Style. You can find the guidelines at the link provided in the template, i.e.,
WP:MOS. It is important to use sentence case, rather than title case. More information can be found at
MOS:BIO,
MOS:CAPS and
MOS:HEAD. Outside of this, the article does not adequately indicate how or why the subject is significant and/or important. Remember that notability is not inherited. Notability for an individual cannot be established based on to whom s/he is related. You also have a section titled "biography", which is redundant, since the entire article is a biography. This article may lack in some areas, but not in notability. To think otherwise is to ignore the facts stated in the introductory paragraph, and then expanded below. This article, in fact, may benefit with more explanation and data, and not to have its notability questioned.
