I have had to remove a lot of information from this page as I think it was refering to someone else. It said he was an MP until 1983, not possible as he was created a life peer in 1967. I think whoever wrote this page may have been thinking of another Charles Morris. Could somone who knows about this Charles Morris add back any info I've deleted which does apply to him. Thanks. --

The other person was
Charles Morris (politician) an easy mistake since they are both Charles Richard Morris and were in public positions at the same time.
