Image:Time-magazine-cover-charles-dana-gibson.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

I'll be editing the phrase "The Gibson Martini is named after him" to "The Gibson Martini is most probably named after him" plus further info on the cocktail to concur with the info on the Gibson Cocktail page unless anyone has any objections. Dhonky ( talk) 22:31, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

The drawing "Their First Quarrel" certainly predates 1914. Both figures' clothing (and the woman's hairstyle) definitely indicate an earlier date, probably 1895-1900. I'm not going to do the research, but however widely the image is described online as 1914 (and this probably is the publication date of the book in which the image appears), that date is incorrect. The image "Fanned Out", likewise assigned to 1914 is also from around 1900, not 1914. Depanzoust ( talk) — Preceding undated comment added 19:04, 14 November 2021 (UTC)
Ergo; Girl With A Pearl Earring, Mona Lisa, Pieta, Venus de Milo, Aphrodite should be ascribed, "Euro-women". Since gender is fluid, nude David, The Thinker, Ecco Homo, could be female as well. 2603:6000:D70A:BC00:69D3:14B3:D86D:70D ( talk) 00:42, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
