Chandrabhaga

The river Chandrabhaga is river Chinab. Multan, on the banks of Chandrabhaga, given as Mitravana in the Samba Purana, was the site of the original Sun temple. Multan was the site of the original Sun temple. It was described by Hsuen Tsang and Al Biruni. It was destroyed long before the Konark temple was constructed in 1250 AD.
