Pastscape

Would the Pastscape links be better added in the list of CHL stations, perhaps the NGR and AMES number could be added there at the same time. Otherwise there could eventually be a very long list of External Links. Ditto for the CH page. -- jmb ( talk) 09:37, 4 August 2010 (UTC) reply

CHEL

It would probably be best to add a note for any CHL co-sited CHEL and start a new page with list of CHEL sites. jmb ( talk) 23:07, 3 November 2012 (UTC) reply

I was under the impression (maybe wrong?) that CHEL was mounted on the 50 or 200 ft platform of the AMES Type 1 tower? Cmpltd ( talk) 23:09, 31 December 2012 (UTC) reply

Operators?

Glaring omission in the article. But who operated these sites? RAF personnel or members of the Royal Observer Corp? 86.182.42.171 ( talk) 09:05, 20 February 2014 (UTC) reply

CD equipment?

In the third para of the introduction. reference is made to Watson-Watt seizing CD equipment for his purposes. No previous use is made of the term CD, and no in-line reference is offered at this point, so we're none the wiser. ShropshirePilgrim ( talk) 00:13, 5 July 2022 (UTC) reply
