I'm not sure that this company meets WP:N on its own. It was just a division of Embarq that serviced Florida, and I don't really see any independent coverage for this operating company alone. Maybe we could include some substantial history about some of the smaller companies that Embarq acquired years ago, like Intercounty Telephone (Southwest Florida), it would be worth keeping as an independent article, but I don't see it at this point.
