I have moved the previous citations from other editors over to the "Additional bibliography" section, but since I don't have access, I could not attach them to the appropriate sentences they verify. If some sentences are still not verified after I rework the entry (which I am currently doing), please check these sources or similar ones before removing them for failed verification, thank you -- Signimu ( talk) 06:24, 5 November 2019 (UTC) reply

Please also feel free to further expand the article by digging deeper in the provided sources, as I don't have the competence to do it myself. Foremost, this source should be exploited further: PMID  26863324, it provides an updated (2016) overall review of energy balance with a focus on the melanocortin system and leptin! -- Signimu ( talk) 07:11, 5 November 2019 (UTC) reply

Additional refs I did not use: [1], [2], [3], [4], and an interesting primary study to follow: [5]. -- Signimu ( talk) 07:29, 5 November 2019 (UTC) reply

Another primary studies to follow: PMID  31371721 and PMID  25915476. -- Signimu ( talk) 21:20, 23 November 2019 (UTC) reply
