There is a very, very interesting history of the facility and its impact on Calgary.

On August 8th, 1979, Robert Fripp recorded parts of the track Under Heavy Manners from his album The League of Gentlemen at the Calgary Planetarium. It would be nice to see mention of that in the article. 2001:56A:700F:2500:882D:84D4:32F5:FCE7 ( talk) 05:24, 7 June 2017 (UTC)
