== Question for administrator ==
{{Admin help}}
An addition to this page stated that Catherine Tait lives in Brooklyn, NYC. I removed this statement because it is inaccurate. I am asking an administrator to review this change and make sure it complies with Wikipedia standards, specifically its editing policy about inaccuracy.
The National Post article used as a source to support the claim that Ms. Tait lives in Brooklyn also provides information that directly contradicts this claim, citing a spokesperson for CBC/Radio-Canada who states that Ms. Tait’s primary home is in Ottawa, Canada. Other independent sources, such as the French-language dailies Le Devoir, Journal de Montréal and La Presse, mention that Catherine Tait resides in Ottawa or has her primary home in that city. CBC/Radio-Canada also issued a statement in response to the National Post article that states that Ms. Tait resides in Ottawa.
Further, article 38(1) of the Broadcasting Act, which governs CBC/Radio-Canada, stipulates that “A person is not eligible to be appointed or to continue as a director if the person is not a Canadian citizen who is ordinarily resident in Canada….”
A single source, wherein information is provided that Ms. Tait does reside in Canada, does not conclusively determine that she resides outside of Canada, particularly given the legislative requirement that someone in her role reside in Canada.
