From the article's second sentence:
"...which was significantly damaged in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake and is out of bounds."

The cardboard cathedral is not a "transitional pro-cathedral". It is an interim or temporary building, not transitional. It is a cathedral not a pro-cathedral. A pro cathedral is a parish church used as a cathedral. This building was built as a cathedral. Royalcourtier ( talk) 22:38, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
