I've never been convinced about the Record Label idea of Kremmen's surname. Kremmen is also a town in the German State of Brandenburg. Did Everett find that out after chosing Kremmen and then added the Brandenburg? Or had he perhaps seen the signs on the motorway to Berlin? Had he ever been to Berlin? I guess we'll never know now.
