Proposing a merge because, in my research to buff up both of these articles, it appears that most sources consider the Pacer to be a subtype of the Canadian horse, rather than a true breed. The information currently in the Pacer article is all that I could find on the breed in several hours of focused digging, so it would not be a bloat to this article to merge it here. Ok, I've reread the article and made a few copyedits. All three images are properly licensed, and all of my suggestions above have been satisfactorily addressed. I think the article meets all of the GA criteria, so am promoting now. Cheers, Sasata ( talk) 16:29, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
