A council-wide gathering of troops is still called a camporee. Within the BSA, the term 'jamboree' is reserved for the National gathering. Local councils are not allowed to use the term, except with national approval. Some council do host 'jamborees', but these are usually larger events then a council camporee. --— Preceding unsigned comment added by 136.182.2.221 ( talk • contribs) 11:10, August 24, 2005 (UTC)
"A recent phenomenon has been the creation of a projectoree". I have never heard of a 'projectoree'. How widespread is this 'phenomenon' that requires its mention in this article??? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 136.182.2.221 ( talk • contribs) 14:14, September 2, 2005 (UTC)
