Sources to expand article
There are now reliable sources within the newly created Further Reading section which can be used to expand this article, and corroborate other claims therein. While inline citations are preferred, the aforementioned free floating sources in Further Reading are Good Enough ™, but should still be incorporated into the article and converted to inline citations by someone so inline inclined (maybe YOU!). Happy Trails! --

Current state of article leaves much to be desired. I'm lacking motivation and time to make such changes myself. Hopefully the new sources can provide a rough scaffolding for an interested party to build upon – many are certainly better than those in use at the time of writing this. --

§Further Reading (FR) has been moved to a generalized ref section as MOS states FR is not to be used in such a way.
Article still in poor shape… Again: mayhaps YOU, dear readers, could convert the quality sources to inline citations, and mayhaps expand article along the way…
While I've now the motivation, time is still insufficient for the proper rewrite this article deserves – as can be seen by the months-long vandalism by a maybe-involved-party that was live for some time… :-(
@IPv6 X:X:964C:C087:EF86 – Please do not include material which is not backed by a reliable source. If new material doesn't match a cited src, a new src is required. Please do not remove properly cited dead links; see
WP:404 (social law ref is properly cited, w/ archive URL noted). Please cease attempts at censoring material you dislike. Wikipedia is "
warts and all"… The subject is notable for these past events. An eclectic range of media covered subject, and events… Subject has paid their debt to society. Let it go, and move on… Or engage constructively in a collaborative manner (while duly accounting for
WP:COI) to expand and improve the article!… Happy Trails! (and Happy Hacking! 👍) --

Slowly expanding this. New layout is required for rewrite – currently working within existing structure. Probably will get imbalanced with focus on specific aspects at some point – definitely no worse weight issues than the current negative, and carceral focus article has now. If such issues arise: interested parties are encouraged to be
WP:BOLD and make
meaningful contributions to alleviate and expand, rather than armchairing. Happy Trails! --
