If it were Elizabethan and/or 16th century rather than mock Elizabethan or
mock Tudor (Elizabethan-esque) it would be listed on the historic-england website and those owning it would have an obligation to report its age (which would have been identified by
Nikolaus Pevsner and others); no such records seem to exist.-
