This is an encyclopaedia: Articles should be titled according to the player's full name. Hence this article has been moved from Cafu to Marcos Evangelista de Moraes. -- Daveb 10:50, 18 May 2005 (UTC)
The naming section is correct. The official site of the Brazilian team names it as Cafu, not Cafú. It's a bit misleading since it IS pronounced as cah-FOO, not CAH-foo.
In short, Cafú should be moved to Cafu. -- Brazucs ( TALK | CONTRIBS) 21:16, 9 June 2006 (UTC)
In portuguese names the SECOND name is the family name!

Why have the edits adding Garforth Town to his Senior Clubs section all been removed? He has signed a contract and will be playing for the club in 2009 [1] Dirk Valentine ( talk) 13:43, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
Why "consecutive"? / 81.235.26.225 ( talk) 14:24, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
Cafu was not the only player that features in 3 final consecutively. Ronaldo Do Assis Delima also features in 3 finals as Cafu PaulBay1 ( talk) 05:10, 13 February 2021 (UTC)
In the section "International career" you can read a following statement. He has won two World Cups in 1994 and 2002, as well as being one of only two players (the other being Miroslav Klose) to participate in three World Cup final matches. However that is not true since Klose appeared only in finals of 2002 and 2014. So I'm removing the (false) info about Klose. -- Zidane-Materazzi ( talk) 00:36, 2 August 2014 (UTC)
