While the information you are adding is plausible (the sources I read state that (i) the design of the caddy spoons was inspired by the shell scoops that came to Europe together with tea, not that (ii) the actual shells were used in Europe), the (i) fact is already pointed to earlier in the article using a truly reputable source. Repeating the same data using some Web site makes no sense for our readers.
In this particular case, the situation seems to be worse, as the site is clearly used for commerce, contrary to Ikra28's statement, with the most prominent "Buy" button right in the middle of the home screen. Wikipedia is not a place to promote one's business, so these links shall be replaced by the non-commercial ones if possible, see
