What's wrong with mentioning "up to 3200x2560"? Not at 60fps, obviously, more like 20-24, and I'd be concerned about flicker, but it's not like DLP's 1920x1080 are real (most have half an double it through interlace) either. That's what "up to" is for. Saying "up to 2500x2000" is simply wrong when there are 3200x2560 models - "up to" means there are no higher-res ones.
