faqqin a. FCKeditor is a great editor, though i wish it would change its name.
i wish its name didn't make everyone to which i show it think of and ask about its name's similarity with the english word " fuck."
but what can you do? roll with it, i guess.
i'm somewhat surprised to find this article both so slim and without any sort of notice posted in the vein of challenging its validity vs posting it as a candidate for deletion.
this editor is both good enough and popular/well-used enough to justify more than its current presence on Wikipedia. note to self.

Well one more time I'm disappointed. I have an "Arial"-text, where somewhere in the HTML-Source Code is some unwanted "Times New Roman". I copy this into FCKeditor http://www.fckeditor.net/demo, where I again see only "Arial" like I want it to be. To be sure I mark all and select "Arial" again. Problem 1: I see that despite this some lines are still not marked explicitly Arial. So I select every line seperately an select "Arial". I click on "Submit" to receive the clean-up HTML-code, where there should be no "Times New Roman" at all. Well you can try yourself and get angry yourself. FCKeditor is really not WYSIWYG. In the end again you are trying to scroll through HTML-code searching for markers liek /span are whatever. I hate it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.2.248.2 ( talk) 12:43, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
Why is a version of this not in Wikipedia? That would at least to make rendering tables much easier. At the moment even making simple tables in MedaiWiki is difficult - harder if you want to do formating (especially if you have formating per cell). -- Robinson weijman ( talk) 18:59, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
<table> <tr> <th> </th> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> </table>
I've just uploaded a new logo to show in the infobox. It's not showing properly when I set its size (250px). Can anyone try to fix it?
I can't find a reason for that, as everything looks fine with the updated file: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:CKEditor.png. -- FredCK ( talk) 14:51, 15 January 2013 (UTC)
Concerning editing and maintaining JavaScript-related articles...
If you are interested in collaborating on JavaScript articles or would like to see where you could help, stop by Wikipedia:WikiProject JavaScript and feel free to add your name to the participants list. Both editors and programmers are welcome.
We've found over 300 JavaScript-related articles so far. If you come across any others, please add them to that list.
The WikiProject is also taking on the organization of the Wikipedia community's user script support pages. If you are interested in helping to organize information on the user scripts (or are curious about what we are up to), let us know!
If you have need for a user script that does not yet exist, or you have a cool idea for a user script or gadget, you can post it at Wikipedia:User scripts/Requests. And if you are a JavaScript programmer, that's a great place to find tasks if you are bored.
If you come across a JavaScript article desperately in need of editor attention, and it's beyond your ability to handle, you can add it to our list of JavaScript-related articles that need attention.
At the top of the talk page of most every JavaScript-related article is a WikiProject JavaScript template where you can record the quality class and importance of the article. Doing so will help the community track the stage of completion and watch the highest priority articles more closely.
