Hey, I've done a lot for this article and have noticed that it is a stub. I have gone to WikiProject Radio Stations and looked through the other articles that have been assessed from Stub-Class C. I personally believe this to be a class-C article and would like feedback on that.

For now, I will be going ahead and changing it from a stub article to a start article because it is more than just a basic description of the topic.
