I have removed the section Companies Related to BSM as this was purely a directory of companies. Such a list is directly against the guidance of links to avoid and Wikipedia is not a link repository. Please do not replace these links without discussing this change.— Ash ( talk) 07:26, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
I would like to add www.bsmreview.com as an external link to this page. The site is an independent resource for people trying to learn more about business service management. If you look at the list of experts on the site at http://www.bsmreview.com/experts.shtml , you will note that we have brought together some of the most respected people in the space covering ITIL, BSM, and business-IT alignment issues from various institutions and organizations. Granted, they've not the most photogenic folks on the planet, but I'm having a hard time understanding how the site was excluded from the list of external links. Hi Ash - BSMreview.com is a new site, so is not yet referenced - but the experts who make up the site are. Do you think you could look up some of our experts - people like: John Hagel, John Seely Brown, Sharon Taylor, Bill Keyworth, Richard Ptak, Doug McClure, Ken Turbitt, Peter Armstrong, etc. (see http://www.bsmreview.com/experts.shtml ) before you decide that we aren't worth it? Thank you! 198.59.16.3 ( talk) 07:59, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the advice, Ash. I will wait until the organization gets mentioned in reliable sources. Christiansarkar ( talk) 17:50, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
