The demographics section is frequently updated. Census data for the year 2000, which includes racial percentages is here
According to this data, the following is correct:
The racial makeup of the city was 91.6% White, 5% African American, 0.33% Native American, 0.66% Asian, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 0.90% from other races, and 1.43% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.06% of the population.
This is the only data that should be in the paragraph that begins "As of the census of 2000..." Any data that presents different percentages does not come from the U.S. Census Bureau and should not be cited as such.
