"To 'increase output' and 'minimize production time' are concepts that cannot be applied to something like a hospital or a police department."
The word "hospital" should be REMOVED from this sentence. Most Libertarians, and almost all Austrian school economists believes that there is a perfectly fine profit motive for healthcare. I have actually just finished reading this book which has led me to this page. Mises only advocates bureaucracy for police department/security. The word "Hospital" should most definitely be removed from this phrase.
I'm not a Wikipedia expert, I don't know if this is how you properly start a discussion, but someone who is familiar with Wikipedia procedure, look into this for me, and for Mises' sake please! —Preceding
