A bit like Whitsbury Cross (which is just a short distance away), I'm struggling to work out why Brookheath is notable. I'm looking at the 1:25000 map, and all I can see by the name of Brookheath is a what looks like a house in a wood set some distance from a minor road. Just like every New Forest settlement, if looking on the List of places in Hampshire list, Brookheath counts as a settlement because it has its own address code. Even a hamlet made up of a few houses can have its own address code. Jaguar ( talk) 13:04, 4 December 2010 (UTC) reply

I've suggest merging this page into Fordingbridge. Brookheath seems to be the name of a cottage (and presumably some heath) just to the northwest of Fordingbridge. Pasicles ( talk) 19:56, 29 February 2012 (UTC) reply

Further investigation shows that Brookheath is a "small country house" [1] - doesn't seem to be much notable to say about it though. Pasicles ( talk) 22:03, 29 February 2012 (UTC) reply
