That's one of the anomalies of the system - the Sussex County Div 3 is at Step 7, while the top division of all the local Sussex leagues also have Step 7 status. -

I wonder if the English FA knows about this anomaly. If so, I feel that they should look into this in the near future. It is indeed a puzzling anomaly which is quite difficult to comprehend. --Siva1979Talk to me13:51, 14 October 2007 (UTC)reply
