On 19 July 2011, Fastily indefinitely protected Brian Carthy's Wikipedia entry. Why was this? There are very few edits in the page history and Brian Carthy does not appear to merit any more protection than, say, Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh who is arguably much better known. I was going to ask Fastily but it appears they are no longer on Wikipedia and when another question was asked I see someone said to ask another admin. So I've raised the issue here in the hope that another administrator will see this. At any rate, anything negative would have had to occur more than a year ago. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.40.96.102 ( talk • contribs) 18:44, 27 September 2012 (UTC)
