Here are a couple in a prosperous area of London on sale for £269,950 and £325,000. Probably about a thousand times what they cost to build. -- RHaworth 09:12, 14 November 2005 (UTC)
I speedied the original article because it provided very few clues regarding context. What war? Where? It's hard to verify with zero context. Jasmol 19:14, 14 November 2005 (UTC)
Notes for myself,
RHaworth for expansion of the article:
I know this is an infantessimal stub right now. What change to building codes has led to the exterior walls needing to be reconstructed? Here in Australia, poured-on-site concrete walls are just starting to be the big thing for commercial/industrial and I have heard of a couple of residential developments using the method. (walls are poured "laid down" on the ground, with windows / doors boxed out, then the wall is stood up with a crane and the building assembled) Ga rr ie 22:51, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
I used to live in one of those prefabs. Its a real pity there is no article/pictures.
