Pretty much made this page so would have somewhere to put this image, which is of the first power plant, probably during its construction; note the rail line at left. The site looks quite a bit different today; coords given were those for the community listed in BC Names, the actual site of the falls was about where the Kootenay Canal Dam is, I think, I don't rightly now. Not putting this on the main page for now until I find more content. The caption is wrong, of course, this isn't in Rossland, only near it....kinda.
