The author is certainly trying, however many of the author's articles have been CSD'd due to quality/notability issues. I feel the same thing could happen here, as this article may not be salvageable (I'm not willing, but maybe someone else?) I'd just hate to potentially drive off this person, which CSDing all his/her articles would surely do. It seems that what she/he needs is a mentor. This page has been maintained from last two years to make it more informative but some one is deleting the text citing 'poor writing' reasons. I would suggest that guy to have a first hand experience of site and if then you find it to be wrong.
