Is it useful to note that Blackburn Hamlet is become known in Ottawa due to rising crime rates? Can quote Ottawa citizen articles. -- Barry Zuckerkorn 20:06, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
As per WP:CANSTYLE#Neighbourhoods, this article should be moved to Blackburn Hamlet, Ottawa. In accordance with the guideline, however, the move is first being raised on the talk page. -- Skeezix1000 ( talk) 13:15, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
Nearly the entire page appears to have been copied and pasted from the Blackburn Community Association website, which goes against Wikipedia rules on copying text from other sources. Nearly all of what was not directly copied from there have no references. The vast majority of the page looks to be up for deletion, but I'm bringing this up on the talk page first to hear from everyone else. Cepiolot ( talk) 13:50, 29 July 2015 (UTC)

It's mentioned in this article that Blackburn is surrounded in part by Canadian Federal Conservation Authority lands, however searching it up, there are no results for this authority. Does it just not exist? It's been part of this page for some time but there seems to be no evidence that it exists. Cepiolot ( talk) 16:25, 20 July 2018 (UTC)
