I'm planning on improving this article. Here's some sections I'm thinking of adding.
The following are the sources I'm thinking of drawing from for some of these sections.

I added a section on AsicBoost to the history section. I know this can be a controversial area and I tried to keep it neutral. YiwenDong191919 ( talk) 17:02, 26 October 2018 (UTC)
@ YiwenDong191919: you left a message on my talk page and I thought better to reply here since I wanted to get more feedback on my comments from others. I took a look at the suggested edits on your talk page here [1] and my feedback is some of it is interesting but in general, it is probably too detailed for a wikipedia article. I think a summary of the history of their notable products would be good. I am sure there is some wikipedia guideline on this (and I dont know what guideline it is), so I will loop in jytdog ( talk · contribs) to see if he has some suggestions. I do know that we need to use good sources, but in some cases, primary sources might be ok for purely informational purposes. But then that information shouldn't provide too much detail that might make the article look promotional or like a product catalog. Let's see if some other editors steer us in the right direction. Thank you! Jtbobwaysf ( talk) 18:12, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
Nice source from Fortune [4] that discusses bitmain. Jtbobwaysf ( talk) 19:03, 16 October 2019 (UTC)
@ Josh.a.chu: you are adding some content about a lawsuit with bitmain and you said something like that bitmain was ordered to pay double in court costs what it had sought in the lawsuit. Can you please use numbers instead of this generalization? The generalization creates WP:WEIGHT problems and is not encyclopedic. Thanks! Jtbobwaysf ( talk) 14:09, 15 March 2020 (UTC)
@ Pjor3c: I see you have added new content to this article. Please be advised that there is a strict sourcing policy in place for cryptocurrency articles. This means that we are not using coindesk, linkedin (user generated content), etc. Please only use high quality mainstream news sites (scmp, wsj, nyt, xinhua, caijing, etc). Please remove the sources that you have added that do not comply with this. Thanks! Jtbobwaysf ( talk) 10:16, 18 March 2020 (UTC)
@ Pjor3c: You might be able to find Chinese language sources for Bitmain. Those will be ok for us here, as long as they are high quality in general. Thanks! Jtbobwaysf ( talk) 15:26, 18 March 2020 (UTC)
