This was prodded as "This is a non-notable event about a (possibly) non-existent school." I don't agree that the event was non-notable. It has received wide-spread coverage. As for whether the school exists or not, it really does not matter. It may be a registered online school, it may not be registered, or it may be a complete hoax. Clearly there is some group that exists that sent players to football games, and talked their way into a televised game against the best in the state. The article may end up being about the incident rather than about the school/whatever, but this is not a prod candidate. Meters ( talk) 07:49, 31 August 2021 (UTC)

An IP has removed this section (sourced to https://www.maxpreps.com/oh/columbus/bishop-sycamore-centurions/football/freshman/schedule/) and I agree that it is a hoax. It's hard to believe that anyone would agree to play this scam team, and it's telling that none of the Maxpreps schedules for the other teams list the supposed Bishop Sycamore High School games. Several of supposed Bishop Sycamore games are unacceptably close in date to other games the schools do list, and in one case (Mill Creek) the supposed Bishop Sycamore game is on the same day as another scheduled game.
