We have a reference for his ordination as a deacon but do we know if he was then ordained as a priest? (It would be normal for a deacon of the C of E to be further ordained after one or two years.) Nedrutland ( talk) 07:43, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
B class. Nice work. Here is my only quibble. I can't seem to find the cited statement in the text for the following statement in the introduction. "He was the only ordained clergyman of the Church of England to be awarded the VC in the First World War as a combatant." Djmaschek ( talk) 22:01, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
