A Google search turns up a couple of references to his existence (but no reference to ANY of the biographical details in this article), and also turns up a bunch of mirrors of this Wikipedia page. Additionally, Mr. Leclerc fails Wikipedia:Notability_(people)#Diplomats. It was contested by DGG ( talk · contribs) on 2010-02-17 |

Please what is "Master 2 of expertise in European projects?" I think this is a translation of a French degree which doesn't exist in UK. I'm not sure if it exists in other English speaking countries. I think this needs to be deleted, re-translated,explained or linked to another article. Spinney Hill ( talk) 09:29, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
