Ralph Baze and Thomas Bowling are still on death row in Kentucky. Death row inmates must complete their appeals before an execution date can be set. Typically it can take around a decade from conviction to execution. -- Jatkins ^{( talk - contribs)} 13:40, 4 September 2009 (UTC) reply

My understanding is that the case isn't about whether lethal injection per se is unconstitutional, but whether the specific lethal injection cocktail prescribed by Kentucky law (and the laws of most states) is unconstitutional, correct? CopaceticThought ( talk) 05:28, 2 April 2008 (UTC) reply
