Should we move this article to Contemporary Resort? The tower is technically part of the Contemporary.—Preceding unsigned comment added by VmKid ( talk • contribs) 23:39, 27 November 2009
I am removing the uncited criticism that the Bay Lake Tower has blocked the view for some guests at the Contemporary. The Bay Lake Tower is not even visible from any Magic Kingdom view room, nor is it located between and observation area and the Magic Kingdom. -- HarryHenryGebel ( talk) 23:32, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
I corrected the number of rooms. There are 428 rooms in the Bay Lake Tower. The number 295 is the "two bedroom equivalent" ie, it counts one bedroom villas and their connecting deluxe studio villas as a single two bedroom villa (referred to as a lock-off in DVC lingo). -- HarryHenryGebel ( talk) 23:33, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
No consensus to move. Vegaswikian ( talk) 22:34, 18 September 2011 (UTC)
Bay Lake Tower → Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort – While commonly referred to as Bay Lake Tower, the official name of this Disney Vacation Club resort is Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort [1]. As such, to follow the naming convention of the other resorts listed in Category:Disney Vacation Club this page name should be moved to the official name (while still citing the "...commonly referred to as Bay Lake Tower," in the first paragraph). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.17.50.237 ( talk) 14:28, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
I found this - not sure if it's accurate(?). If it is, we may as well use it here.

The criticism of the architecture does not seem to have any supporting evidence. There is only one source cited, and it completely rips the text from proper context. Here is the actual line from the article:
"The Art & Architecture Building and its “sadly conventional” design..."
Notice the "sadly conventional" is not referring to Bay Lake Tower at all. Indeed, it's talking about another building entirely. Furthermore, the article ends up being largely positive about the design. While it is not without its quibbles, the article even suggests Bay Lake Tower is superior to the original Contemporary building. The criticism section should either be augmented with supporting evidence or eliminated entirely until evidence is found. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.83.136.45 ( talk) 23:36, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
