@ A. C. Santacruz: Thanks for your work on this article. I've assessed the article as not currently meeting B-class criteria B1 (referencing) and B2 (coverage and accuracy). This resulted in a start class assessment. My concern regarding criterion B1 is that the article is dependent on an 1846 source - more recent sources are really needed. My concern regarding criterion B2 is that the background section needs a paragraph or so explaining how this battle fitted into the conflict (material on what the conflict involved would be useful, as it's not well known).
