How can the current title holder’s son be the “heir-presumptive” unless there are very unusual circumstances. e.g. a brother missing presumed dead, an older but deceased brother who leaves behind a pregnant widow where the child’s gender is yet to be determined, etc. All these are outlandish possibilities.
