The article says "coal mining has always been unprofitable" -- surely this isn't literally true or else the coal wouldn't be mined in the first place. Tlogmer 13:49, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
When, or in what year was this colony established? Dr. Dan 22:03, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
The infobox mentions a time zone of "CET(UTC+2)". I don't think this can possibly be correct. CET is UTC+1, not +2. So if I'm not mistaken it should either be UTC+2 (Kaliningrad time) or "CET (UTC+1)" (as is the rest of the archipelago). In the latter case, wouldn't that also mean that Russia actually has 12 time zones rather than 11 (as mentioned on Time in Russia, Time zones by country and Time zone#Additional_information)? The recent blocked should be mentioned in the article:

This is also interesting in HOW goods are delivered. Perhaps someone who knows can extend the article and add more images from the area. That way we people who were never there understand the dilemma a bit better. 2A02:8388:1600:A200:A271:DF4A:C9F9:37E5 ( talk) 19:19, 6 July 2022 (UTC)
