It's certainly impressive that there are 321 citations, but I suspect it would have made more sense for the author to put one short citation at the end of the table, mentioning the sources, rather than inserting individual page numbers for every single entry. I mean, what if a second edition of Above the Front or Over the Trenches is released, with different page numbers?
