San Diego Bay as a calving area

According to Rice et al. (The Gray Whale, Eschrichtius robustus, Marine Fisheries Review, 1984, p. 8): "Contrary to many published statements, there is no evidence that San Diego Bay, Calif., was ever a calving area (Henderson, 1972)." SaberToothedWhale ( talk) 00:45, 25 January 2012 (UTC) reply
