Merge

Someone had placed merge headers (to bailiff) on the page but never actually started a conversation about it. Removed, since separate WP:SCOPE. —  LlywelynII 06:09, 6 January 2016 (UTC) reply

I have merged the relevant content with the France section on Bailiff. This article could now be considered duplicated content. Sure, you could keep it, but I don't really see why that would be motivated at this point. Chicbyaccident ( talk) 18:05, 6 January 2016 (UTC) reply

Split
