While the packaging technology may be the same, the bag-in-box for wine is unrelated to the soda syrup bag-in-box. I vote no merge. Wnissen 05:18, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
I vote NO MERGE as well. I work in the packaging industry and these two products are completely different.
Consensus is NO MERGE. Tag has been removed. ◄ §ĉҺɑʀκs ► 14:04, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
There are too many external links for such a small article -- they are by and large commercial sites, most of which are not in English, and therefore not really germane to WP. I am removing them. RobLinwood 22:03, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

This looks like some sales blurb that's been haphazardly copied into Wikipedia. It either needs to be tidied up (preferably by someone who knows what Jerriboxes are) or deleted. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mspritch ( talk • contribs) 23:30, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
"Jerribox" is a trademark of one of the packaging companies and this article should be deleted. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.181.33.189 ( talk) 06:58, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
Wikipedia is clear that articles should not be commercial. References to one corporation vs another should be avoided. Please keep the article neutral and non-commercial. Rlsheehan ( talk) 14:19, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
I have removed the section about sources of equipment. Wikipedia is not a shopping catalog. Rlsheehan ( talk) 16:24, 24 August 2017 (UTC)

Bag-In-Box →
Bag-in-box –
It says at one point: "The first commercial Bag-in-Box was invented by ...", which gives the game away that this is a generic term.
Per WP:CAPS and WP:TITLE the article title should be downcased. In addition, WP:MOS says that a compound item should not be upper-cased just because it is abbreviated with caps. Matches the formatting of related article titles. Tony (talk) 14:36, 1 October 2011 (UTC)
Right now, the article engages in an unnecessary swerve from American to British English which is distracting as hell. As I recall from my brief pre-law-school detour into retail foodservice, Americans don't say "fitment," we say "connector." See this example (from an Australian writer), which I plan to add to the article as a source. Also, bag-in-box technology was invented by an American. Any objections before I fix this mess? -- Coolcaesar ( talk) 18:23, 23 June 2020 (UTC)
