Any reason as to why this rather nice image ( http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/2/24/Mosque_amjad_2006.JPG/800px-Mosque_amjad_2006.JPG) keeps on being removed?
who the hell removed the part of sikh misuse of this mosque.why they are afraid of history if they call them self good and civillized people.
Badshahi Mosque is the 5th largest mosque in the word. Please tell me how the List of largest mosques should not be included under the "See Also" section? 116.71.173.179 ( talk) 07:29, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
Please refrain from using peacock terms such as the "glorious reign of Ranjit Singh". Ranjit Singh's rule was a disaster for Muslims and the Mughal Empire and Lahore was plundered of its Mughal heritage under the Sikhs, who damaged and misused the Badshahi Mosque and robbed the Lahore Fort of its inlaid jewels. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 116.71.176.191 ( talk) 13:15, 27 December 2009 (UTC)

In May 2013, I had deleted a lot of unsourced content from this article per WP:V. Someone had restored the material promising to add proper sourcing for the unsourced content, but not much has been done. It is more than a year and a half now, and enough time has been given to add sourcing. Enough is enough. I am not going to see any value in any further promises, and am likely to delete all the unsourced parts within a few days. Thanks. OrangesRyellow ( talk) 17:07, 29 December 2014 (UTC)

Just the writing part and general structure needs improvement. 10:24, 22 April 2015 (UTC)
Images: All current images licenses look fine to me though I'm unsure about File:Maharajah Duleep Singh (1838-1893), entering his palace in Lahore, escorted by British troops.jpg which has only a UK PD license. A US license may be needed since the servers are in the US but given my lack of knowledge regarding this license thing, and also noting that it was uploaded way back in 2008, I think it's fine.
I've looked through again on what I said in the last review at Talk:Jama Masjid, Delhi/GA1 regarding not allowing Image galleries. I've made a mistake, it's not even part of the GA criteria and it says galleries are justifiable in some exceptions. I think this is one of them, and adding galleries to both these architecture articles seems to be a good idea. It will reduce images being crammed near the text and will supplement in the explanation of the building's architecture. So, if you want to, choose a good variety of different images from the Commons showing each view of the entire mosque. Also, you can further reduce the cramming of images in the text. - Ugog Nizdast ( talk) 09:57, 24 April 2015 (UTC)
Some more...this should be it.
There are some beautiful panoramics of mosque, like this. would it be ok to add?

The Badshahi Mosque (Punjabi: بادشاہی مسجد, lit. 'The Royal Mosque') is a Mughal-era congregational mosque in Lahore, capital of the Pakistani province of Punjab, Pakistan.[1][2] The mosque is located west of Lahore Fort along the outskirts of the Walled City of Lahore, and is widely considered to be one of Lahore's most iconic landmarks.[3] 206.84.156.238 ( talk) 11:04, 20 April 2022 (UTC)
