The text of the
reference clearly says in two places "Stacey" train
, with quotation marks around Stacey and not train, no possessive apostrophe, and no capitalisation of train (excluding the title, which uses title case). If the reference is wrong (as alluded to
here), then please provide a different reference.

have a look yourself— " The burden to demonstrate verifiability lies with the editor who adds or restores material...". I suggest that it would be more efficient if you wrote the articles to match the references that you supply in the first place, and/or cited references that match what you write in the article. To worry about the grammatical structure and analysis of reference titles is bizarre:
and that is not even considering http://railheritagewa.org.au/archive_scans//displayimage.php?pid=253 who insist in their wisdom 'stacey lamb train'.
